Little People Crèche is a mobile crèche service which provides the right level of support at your event. Our service is tailored to your day and we listen to your needs rather than telling you what we will do. After all it is your day, not ours. We simply want to make it better!
About Us
Louise Pretty formed Little People Childcare in 2003 when she was unable to find childcare for her own children upon her return to work.
Little People Crèche began in June 2008 when Louise was asked to provide childcare for a wedding her friend was attending as a bridesmaid. The friend was worried about combining entertaining her own two children on the day, and her bridesmaid duties. She convinced the bride that a mobile crèche was the way forward and Little People Crèche was born!
Louise personally attends and manages every crèche and does not use agency staff. Katy Tooze is Little People’s Deputy Manager and she has worked with Louise since 2005. In addition Louise has access to a bank of Childcare Assistants whom she has worked with previously, and all have Enhanced CRB Disclosures.
Both Louise and Kate are registered with Ofsted, have professional childcare qualifications, are first-aid and child protection trained, have Enhanced CRB Disclosures and are insured to work with children. In other words they are the best people to trust with your children on the day!
